The rooms are perfect and neat, and are complete with the front downstairs bedrooms, comfort bed plus curtains to cover up. The location of the hotel is MAGNIFICENT, close enough to major landmarks within Georgetown and Blue Mansion and Red Garden food court.

We had a city break and the complementary breakfast and airport pick-up service were a pleasant surprise. the location is great, with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. the bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.
The room was extremely small and there was no space to unpack our luggage. We also had issues with the wifi and the staff did not offer a solution to the problem.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of George Town. the location couldn't be better - right in the centre of the city, on a busy street bustling with activity. It made it so convenient to explore all the nearby attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. They even provided basic amenities like an iron and a water station for guests. Lastly, the rooms on the first floor were clean and comfortable, with attention to detail in their design. All in all, this hotel provided excellent value for money with its prime location, attentive staff, and well-appointed rooms.
Just one small thing that could be improved - the hotel could work on making the rooms more soundproof. Other than that, everything was ok.

My xmas experience at this hotel was great! I loved the facilities, especially the hot coffee machine and the strong shower with great pressure. The location was also key, as it was very central and near to popular eateries. Another advantage was the friendliness of the staff, who quickly refilled my shampoo after I requested it.
There were also some drawbacks during my stay. The noise from the bars around the hotel at night was a bit disturbing, but thankfully it stopped after midnight.

This hotel has a great location, being close to popular tourist attractions and food markets, yet far enough from the hostel street to avoid the noise. the rooms are clean and offer comfortable beds, and the bathroom design is noteworthy. the friendly staff provides top-notch service, including free slippers, and parking with a deposit.
Some aspects could be improved, such as the thin walls, which allow guests to hear noise from other rooms.

Can’t think of anything.

My recent stay at Southern Boutique was amazing. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and they even helped carry our luggage upstairs. The outdoor facilities and common room were well-maintained and offered a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to everything we needed without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The value for the price we paid was unbeatable, and we even received a free room upgrade. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Penang.
